Read the information page and print the 2011-2012 Registration form and waiver.

Please be sure to sign the waiver for each family member registering.

Mail the completed form and payment to our post office box or attend one of our two registration opportunities on Thursday November 24, 2011 or Sunday December 11, 2011.
